Art-to-Go is an outreach program that helps teachers and group leaders to integrate art, history, and geography into the curriculum. Bring the museum to the classroom or your child's club or group (scout troop, after-school program, etc.) by requesting an Art-to-Go visit.
During and Art-to-Go visit, we will come to the classroom or group meeting to engage children in a lively discussion about art and lead a brief related activity. An Art-to-Go visit can easily be a stand-alone lesson or serve as preparation for a field trip to KAM.
Choose a topic from our guided tour descriptions. Art-to-Go is available October through April. The maximum distance for an Art-to-Go visit is 30 miles.
Schedule Art-to-Go online. Please submit your request at least two weeks in advance. Special topic requests may be accommodated; please inquire at the time of scheduling.
